Simone has spent 15 years in the corporate sector as a change management specialist in that time she has worked as a Venue Manger for Australia’s largest hotel company building up a reputation as the "turn around specialist" and witnessing first hand a raft of different management styles through three company takeovers.

In addition to this she has consulted for a diverse range of businesses including health practitioners, owner operators, and registered training organisations, on all areas of business covering all issues including people, profit, product, property, productivity and issues of compliance as well as marketing, recruitment, business planning and development.

She is the RTO manager of Mason College and has been involved in its growing success from its inception three years ago. This College runs both nationally accredited courses and non accredited short courses
