In this workshop we shall journey through the stages of the Winter Solstice,- the standing still sun - identifying and releasing that which not longer serves us, through the unending cycle of dark and light, waxing and waning, birth, death and rebirth in the cycles of life - drawing on traditions that honour the Earth, our mother, through thousands of years.
We shall invoke the virtues of the Soyal from the Hopi Kachivas and Ride the Wild Hunt of Jul from Scandinavia.
We shall honour the Pachacuti within from the legends and rituals of the Inca, most powerful at this time on the planet now.
And we shall honour the Goddesses Freya from Norse mythology and Sarasvati from India for winter is indeed the time of the powerful feminine.
