In Mythological terms the pantheon of Polynesia and Melanesia are considered the remnants of the ancient world of Lemuria.

This was always considered the Heart of the World. Worlds built by the fire of volcanoes, immersed in deep and vast oceans. A people deeply immersed in the precious natural world forged from this and focused on the balance of the 'thinking heart'.

Beginning with a traditional Kava ceremony of welcome, in this workshop you will encounter your souls journey as it is supported by the gods and goddesses of the ocean, the volcanoes and nature.

We will encounter the monsters of our psyche and utilising traditional healing methods of the Kahuna [the keeper of secrets] we will work with our bodies and sound to embrace and bring light to that which is not yet seen.
