The Medicine Wheel is a map of navigation for our lives that is utilised by cultures throughout human history and time.

It facilitates exploration of many issues from birth to death through the physicality of our being, the body we emerge into and create the world from.

It is a powerful cross cultural medium that has been used throughout human history as a map for the journey of the soul and the embodied state, through the stages of life from birth to death, as a tool for self realisation - for integration of spirit,body, heart and mind.

It is a tool for examining shadow materieal in our lives. That which stalks us, haunts us and will sabotage our existence until we embrace it and integrate it.

It brings together all the directions and as above, so below.

It informs us of the journey within, the fire that burns and the wheel that turns.

Also we will look at the Norse tradition of the Wheel - how Odin hung himself on the One Tree for 9 days and nights and at the end received the 9 wisdoms and virtues and the Runes for knowing the future.
